First, we believe that at the leadership level of the church or ministry there needs to be deliberate strategy to fulfill the commission and to extend your ministry beyond where it is now. We can assist with board and leadership training in policy development. This is often a neglected or underdeveloped part of the process. We will come to your church or ministry anywhere in the world to help. We have seminars, workshops and training from one day to two weeks that will help.

Another aspect of education, especially overseas, is to help in forming church to church partnerships to provide a well tested church based pastoral/ missionary leadership training process. This is often done by establishing these partnerships for a minimum of two years to increase the number of trained people who will be ready for church based church planting strategies.
